to realise & nurture your personal connection to god ~however you identify with such~ requires an openness of mind and heart - as god, essentially, being a handy term used to explain the very large hole/whole which is all there is, including the extreme points of NOTHING (no 'actual' energy ~ potential ~ therefore no existence ~ innocence ~ no element of force) and EVERYTHING (all energy united ~ full consciousness ~ love ~ ultimate force)
so, being in touch with our own innocence consciously (whilst having the knowledge, trust and faith in allah as love working with us directly on a personal level) and living with such clarity, can be considered as our perfected state of being.......and when uniting in love we connect ourselves into a larger whole of open consciousness (from soulmates to groups to nations to worlds) ..... and via being united we then understand that whole we are then conscious of..... ever closer to god (the largest whole:)
so, in practical terms, by being your natural self ~ pure of intent ~ living your love, you can be considered as being 'at one with jah' - knowing god/love is alwaze there as a friend/guide/father/mother/spirit to help you create experiences needed to learn from, so you may expand your consciousness & evolve into a life free of fear & negativity

from that foundation love of simply BEing alive! in an evolved physical form.... everything on top o' that is a bonus
the realization that we are all the same and we can feel sympathy for those amongst us who hate, or try to control others etc, as they are only living/expressing their own fear, which horrendously limits their growth - whereas love is honesty is release IS our natural state of BEing.... think of babies.... innocence..... we all have. are. craving & creating loving thoughts/action and thus generating an environment of safety. love being a natural protectorate, we need all re-awaken to so we may see.... love free.....
